About the position
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own an Engage product domain end to end: strategy, roadmap, prioritization, delivery, and rollout. The role requires strong product ownership in a complex multi-team environment, with dependencies across Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, Support, and customer-facing teams. The PM must create clarity, make trade-offs, manage risks early, and improve how the team works.
Responsibilities
- Own product strategy, roadmap, and priorities for an Engage domain and drive AI and GenAI based solutions.
- Lead initiatives from problem framing through delivery and rollout.
- Make trade-offs between customer needs, business impact, technical constraints, and capacity.
- Partner with Engineering and Design on scope, requirements, and delivery readiness.
- Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, blockers, and stakeholder alignment.
- Communicate priorities, decisions, timelines, and risks clearly.
- Improve product processes, documentation standards, and cross-functional execution.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, preferably in fintech, banking technology, or similar complex environments.
- Proven ownership of a product domain or major product initiative end to end.
- Experience with AI/ML-based products or data-driven product capabilities.
- Experience working with Enterprise customers, gathering feedback and presenting roadmap.
- Strong product judgment and prioritization under ambiguity.
- Strong execution discipline, including risk management and follow-through.
- Experience improving product processes, documentation, or team operating rhythms.
- Strong collaboration with Engineering, Design, and business stakeholders.
- Clear written and verbal communication in English.
Nice to have
- Fintech, banking, digital banking, customer engagement, or personalization experience.
- Experience with configurable, platform, or admin products.
- Experience in B2B2C environments.

חשוב לציין – לא מדובר בתפקיד ניהולי עם עובדים ישירים, אלא בתפקיד הובלתי עם הרבה השפעה מקצועית.
מה חשוב לוודא מול המועמד:
- לפחות 5 שנות ניסיון בניהול מוצר בסביבת B2B SaaS.
- ניסיון משמעותי בהובלת מוצר או Domain מקצה לקצה.
- חובה ניסיון מוכח בהובלת מוצר AI או השתתפות משמעותית בהשקה והוצאה לשוק של מוצר מבוסס AI.
- ניסיון בעבודה עם לקוחות Enterprise, איסוף פידבק והצגת Roadmap.
- יכולת עבודה בסביבה מורכבת עם ריבוי Stakeholders.
- ניסיון בעבודה צמודה עם צוותי Engineering ו-Design.
- יכולת תעדוף וקבלת החלטות בתנאי אי-ודאות.
- יתרון לרקע בעולמות Fintech, Banking Technology או מערכות Enterprise מורכבות.

מישהו עם חשיבה מוצרית חזקה, יכולת Execution גבוהה, הובלה ללא סמכות, ויכולת להשפיע על תהליכים ואנשים. מחפשים אדם שיודע לקחת Ownership מלא, להניע תהליכים מורכבים ולהיות גורם מקצועי מוביל בצוות.
תהליך הגיוס:
במסגרת התהליך יש מטלת בית שתועבר דרך Commit. אין מועד הגשה קשיח, אך מצופה להגיש אותה בתוך כשבוע ממועד קבלתה. מעבר להערכה המקצועית, החברה בוחנת גם את רמת המחויבות והרצינות של המועמד לאורך התהליך.
